Jelonyx Delivery Instructions is a Shopify app provided by Jelonyx. This policy explains what the app collects, why it is used, and how to contact us.

Jelonyx Delivery Instructions stores the settings a merchant creates in the app, including enabled delivery location presets and their labels.

When a customer submits delivery instructions after checkout, the app stores:

• selected delivery location;
• optional access code;
• optional delivery notes;
• order reference needed to save the instructions to the correct Shopify order;
• shop reference needed to show the merchant their own settings and recent saved instructions.

The app does not collect payment card details.

The app uses this data to:

• show delivery location options on the Thank You page and Order Status page;
• save submitted delivery instructions to the Shopify order;
• show saved instructions to the merchant in Recent orders;
• troubleshoot failed saves and support requests.

The app does not sell merchant or customer data.

Delivery instruction submissions are saved to the Shopify order as an order metafield.

Merchant settings are stored in the app database so the after-checkout block can show the right delivery location options for each shop.

Jelonyx Delivery Instructions shares data with Shopify as needed to run the app and save instructions to orders.

The app does not share delivery instruction data with advertising networks or data brokers.

When a merchant uninstalls the app, Jelonyx Delivery Instructions receives Shopify's mandatory uninstall and privacy webhooks. The app deletes local shop settings and session data as part of uninstall handling.

Delivery instructions already saved to Shopify orders remain in the merchant's Shopify admin unless the merchant deletes them in Shopify or requests deletion where applicable.
