Do not write a marketing essay. Return the analysis strictly in this format:
1. **Top 3 Pain Points:** (What were they struggling with before?)
2. **Top 3 A-ha Moments:** (What specific feature or result made them happy?)
3. **Voice of Customer Swipes:** (5 exact, verbatim phrases customers used that are highly emotional or specific).
