Delivery instructions.

The problem

Shopify's checkout has no dedicated field for delivery instructions. Customers put them in the general order notes, or don't leave them at all. Fulfilment teams end up missing them, or asking the customer to repeat themselves.

What we built

A Shopify app that prompts for delivery instructions on the Thank You page and Order Status page, right after the customer completes their purchase. Instructions save directly into the order in Shopify Admin so the fulfilment team sees them without opening anything else. Runs as a Shopify extension rather than injected theme code, so it doesn't break when the merchant updates their theme.
